Joozar has a work experience of over 21 years across various industries which includes IT Product & Services, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Hi-Tech & Retail.
She has worked as Head Leadership & Professional Skills Vertical, Talent Aacquisition lead for Pune, Mumbai & Gurgaon, for companies like Cognizant, KPIT, Oracle Financials Ltd. & 3 others.
Joozar has led over 200+ workshops, conceptualized, designed & delivered programs in India, USA, Hawaii, Europe, Germany & Thailand covering employees & clients across levels.
In her last stint with corporate world she was heading the Leadership & Behavioral vertical of KPIT Technologies. She was instrumental in setting up the department & the team there. She worked on to build a learning culture within companies in close collaboration with CPO’s & Business Heads. She designed 15+ Leadership workshops (mid-management to senior leadership); 25+ Behavioral workshops (junior to mid-management) on Communication, Personal & Professional Excellence, Client Centricity & People Leadership.
She also designed & developed a complete Leadership Journey to train & nurture 100 future leaders in the company. The growing business & requirement to collaborate better with the clients demanded her to facilitate consulting assignments in US, UK, Europe & APAC for Project Kick-offs & Implementation projects.
She has led Cognizant’s Managerial Development Programs India launch & anchored multiple in-person / virtual trainings for diverse topics. In her 7.5 years stint with Cognizant she also headed the Talent Acquisition & Development unit for Pune, Mumbai &Gurgaon & was involved in diverse HR projects also.
Her experience in Oracle Financials (former i-flex solutions) at Mumbai for 3 years when their services wing was getting settled made her get a better grip of the business, understand the client requirements and challenge better thereby, bringing in innovation and customization in the offerings.
Currently, as a Consultant since 1.5 years she has led Leadership development program for Insurance & Technology Product firm, anchored Building a Digital Mindset journey for a Captive & led more than 50+ programs for IT, Manufacturing and Finance companies.
She specializes in offering blended learning programs which can be customized as short-byte as well as long term based sessions with coaching & application based learning. Joozar is a Master’s in Business Administration from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. She is also an internationally certified You Can Heal Your Life and Teen Empowerment Trainer. It’s a modality which helps individuals work on their mind, body, emotions & higher self-alignment.
