Professional Experience
At Alorica, Bangalore (Apr 2024 – May 2025), as a Voice and Accent Trainer, he designed and delivered training modules on pronunciation, phonetics, intonation, and speech clarity, successfully training over 25 batches (around 700 employees) for live client interactions. He coordinated with operations and HR to ensure alignment of training goals while providing individualized coaching and feedback that enhanced trainee performance for clients such as Amazon, DoorDash, and Credit One Bank.
At Concentrix (Convergys India Services Pvt. Ltd.)
