Goal Setting Training @ Tashi Group, Phuentsholing, Bhutan
The training on Goal Setting conducted on 27th and 28th August by Venkatsubramanian at Tashi Group, at Phuentsholing, Bhutan was effective. It provided clarity of purpose through clear vision, helped set S.M.A.R.T targets and standards for setting goals. The trainer instilled the sense of accountability and ownership by helping the participants remain objective and set individual and team goals. The session was also aimed at enhancing the communication skills and by enabling them to prioritize work, manage conflict and stay motivated. The session enabled them to use the SWOT tool to help reach their goals
