Gaurav has a rich experience of 15+ years. He started his career as a Banker and served in the fields of Credit Assessment, Business Development and in house Training and Development. He last served in the capacity of AVP with IndusInd Bank Limited.
Gaurav holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management from the reputed FORE School of Management, New Delhi specializing in the field of Finance and Marketing.
Gaurav initiated his career from the country’s largest private sector Bank (ICICI Bank) and was part of an aggressive business unit engaged in the field of providing credit facilities to mid and large sized companies. Having worked there for 3 years, he moved to ABN Amro Bank as a Senior Manager and served there for around 1.5 years. He then moved on to IndusInd Bank Limited where he served for tenure of more than 6 years. He was a Regional Manager in the Business Banking Segment of the Bank. He was also instrumental in providing training on Bank’s products and processes to the various Branch officials in Delhi NCR.

Gaurav’s work has been appreciated in the public sector enterprises like RITES, Oriental Insurance Company, OICL, Deenbandhu Chotu Ram University of Science and Technology and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also conducts Personality Development classes and imparts training on Interview Skills to under privileged children working with an NGO, to enhance their employability rate.
