Ms. Cavita Mehra wins the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from IWL Forum
Cavita Mehra, MD for Mindskillz has been a perpetual source of strength. The company has been her brainchild, her passion and her dedication. In a span of 5 years, Cavita Mehra has moved the organization from strength to strength. A team that started with just 4 trainers has grown today to have 70 specialist trainers with multilingual competency under her wings with pan India presence.The other facet of the personality is her commitment to the society and the community. Cavita’s biggest contentment is from her dedication and selfless interest to work for the community and support the progress of women and the under privileged girl child. She is also a partner member for the WILL Forum. The WILL Forum for Women in Leadership is a unique and deeply committed mandate that brings together senior women executives in leadership positions from across corporate India for an open dialogue on their aspirations, opportunities, nurturing mind-sets, mentoring and harnessing the rewards of collective thinking for improving the workplace in the coming years.
