Dr. Tushar Chothani is a Passionate Trainer, Author and an Entrepreneur. He is a Certified Professional trainer, Certified NS-NLP Practitioner, Certified Career Counsellor, Certified adolescent counsellor. Having failed in couple of businesses and jobs, he exactly knows what’s not to be done.
His sessions are full of Energy, Enthusiasm, Tools and Techniques to achieve results. A combination of Stories, Activity, Assessments and Role-plays makes his session a learning expedition, which no one wants to miss out.
He has inspired more than 50k aspiring professionals and 15k+ corporate employees to achieve excellence in their fields and has a Goal to reach 10 million people in his Lifetime. He is currently associated with Mindskillz as a senior faculty member.
Having done his Ph.D. in Employability skills, he exactly knows what are the skills that are required to be productive and generate results. His core strength is delivering trainings on ownership, accountability, responsibility, and Delegation. Time and Stress Management, Decision Making, creating results, Interpersonal Skills, Health & Habits, and Presentation Skills are some of the programs he delivers in corporates.
Dr. Tushar Chothani conducts Campus to Corporate, OARs of LIFE (Ownership + Accountability + Responsibility) Idea Generation techniques, Communication and Public Speaking, interpersonal Skills, Entrepreneurship Development Program, Holistic Health and Fitness, Meditation and Secrets of Habits workshops for university students.
Dr. Tushar is physically fit and active. He has done and dusted 2 Full Marathons and several Half-Marathons and Ultra Half-Marathons. Loves to Play Badminton every day which keeps him energized. He has also done several outbound trainings with Foliage Outdoors (National Award-winning outbound training company) for IT and ITES companies.
He has trained 8 Coaches in Chennai, who were responsible for training Champion Players and make them Olympic ready in the sport of Rifle and Pistol Shooting.
Tushar is a Master’s in Business Administration from North Maharashtra university, Jalgaon. He has also done his Ph.D. in distance learning from Dunamis International university, South Africa.
