Dorine comes with over 15 years of experience in diverse sectors as a trainer and counselor, actively involved in communication enhancement, people management and building life skills. An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management, she was involved in training and mentoring employees to be ethically and morally responsible, which would impact the education industry in India.
She brings in a unique experience as she started her career in the Education sector and made a complete turnaround as a trainer. She trained students in Green Lawn School, St. Mira’s High School, Hrishikesh Vidya Mandir to name a few. Due to her good communication skills, she has often been chosen to handle training workshops on business communication, telephone etiquette & email etiquette.
She started working as a trainer and counsellor in the corporate sectors like Robert Bosch, MacMillan, and Canra bank Financial & Globe International and transitioned into the education sector becoming the Board of Director of a School. Dorine has been a part of the TTT conducted by Extra Solutions and is renowned for her enthusiasm.
She has extensively trained students and corporate in aptitude and soft skills. She has impacted the next generation in the Campus to Corporate training workshops and lectures in Personal Development, Quant & Verbal Aptitude, Business English, Communication Skills, Assertiveness and Stress Management. Due to her good communication and leadership skills, she has often been chosen by the corporate teams to handle training workshops on motivation, communication, etiquette, telephone courtesies and attitude improvement.
