Dinank has an in-depth knowledge of selling, pre- sales and post sales customer requirements. Dinank has also conducted training on advanced presentation and relationship development abilities across various levels in the retail industry.
Dinank in his venture as a trainer has conducted training for Croma, Wall Mart Stores, Microsoft Technologies, Intel (CPM Pvt. Ltd) Hewlett Packard, and Sony Ericson, where he has implemented the change in the Sales Approach. Dinank believes in understanding the customer’s need and sell based on the need.
Dinank has conducted Mystery audits and on the job training at more than 150 stores across India, where he has developed the approach skills for each of the representatives at the stores.
Dinank is also a certified trainer in the Ludhiana Stock Exchange (LSE) on Depository, Margin, Accounts & clearing departments in LSE Securities Ltd
Dinank has completed his B. Com and MBA in Marketing and Finance, which has helped him understand the retail segment in depth.
