Dhinesh has over 8.5 yrs of professional experience in a production company, developing product applications. He has trained more than 500 professionals of various cadres in the field of language, skills development and technical stuffs during this tenure.
From the year 2007, Dhinesh started his career with Robert Bosch in Software application development. His prime development environment is Java and Eclipse plugin development. Throughout the years, he has gained an experience in developing some of the top notch products in the automotive world.
During this tenure, he majorly involved with development and training of associates in both technical and non-technical. At the same time, mentoring and development programs was also developed and followed for the fresher as well as experienced.
Dhinesh has undergone a rigorous training for the business English and corporate etiquette. This has helped him to develop and mentor lot many people in the same field. During this training, he has also involved in nurturing young minds and bringing them to a corporate world.
