Devika is an experienced Academician and Corporate Trainer with more than eleven years of training experience in areas including General Management, Sales & Marketing, Retail Management and Entrepreneurship at leading academic institutions and companies in India.
Devika has taught the following business management courses: Sales & Marketing, Design Thinking, Services Marketing, Customer Engagement, Retail Management, Entrepreneurship Management, CRM.
She has conducted training programs for EIL (Engineer’s India Limited) Delhi in the past and she has also developed and facilitated Personality Development Sessions (Mock Interviews, Telephone Etiquette, Soft Skills and Team Building) ensuring proper job placements for the students.
Devika was associated with training organizations like National Small Industries Corporation, New Delhi, Convergy’s India Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, Family Planning Association of India, Karnataka in the past.
She was also associated with a few educational institutes like GITAM University, Aurora Business School, Asian School of Business Management, IILM University Delhi.
Devika has graduated in BBM, Mphil (Management) MBA and PhD in Marketing.
She has been involved in exclusive research work and has made many elite paper presentations in conferences held at IIM B, IIM, Indore and IIM Nagpur. Her papers are published in Emerald, Sage and Inderscience publishers of international repute.
She had small stint of teaching at ISM University, Frankfurt Germany.
