Deepa is an HR Professional with an MBA in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. She has over 8 years of experience in the IT industry and an overall work experience over 12 years.
Deepa has worked in the Human Resource departments of Start-up IT organizations like Cosmonet Solutions and ILANTUS Technologies. During her tenure in these companies, she was involved in all aspects of HR – right from Recruitment to Induction, Training, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognitions, Policies and Processes development and implementation, etc.
