Aalok has in his repertoire 27 years of a disciplined Army life. He is a Double Bachelors and a Double Masters (BSc Hons, BTech, MTech, MBA), and holds a Diploma in Senior Level Defense Management. For HR Management and Consulting interactions, he is a visiting faculty to various Institutes and Academies. He is also a regular faculty to the Institute of Applied Manpower and Planning (IAMR), National Institute of Technology (NIT), New Delhi, and Maharashtra Institute of Technology Industry Design (MITID), Pune; where he interacts with HR Professionals of the Developing Countries, Students, and Faculty on all topics covering Human Resource/Capital/Contract Management and also on the Development in all domains of their lives.

He has to his credit, interactions with, and changing the lives of thousands of graduates from B Schools; Defence Officers, and HR Professionals of Developing Nations who went through his interactive sessions on Management, Marketing (product and services specific), and Personality Assessment/Development, Grooming, Skills for Group Discussions, Personal Interviews, Group Tasking, Case Studies, Presentations and Public Dynamic Speaking. He has been on the panel of Career Launcher and also runs his own classes for „Cracking the Interviews‟!!

As a Technocrat, he has handled contract works worth 12 Crore to start with (1994-96), thereafter 60 Crores (2002-04), and 2000 Crores (2006-09), annually, spread over 120 cities in India, reporting directly to the MoD, Government of India.

He is a Level Four Directive Communication (DC) Psychology International Certified Human Capital Trainer and is the National Head, DC India, and a Regional Head, Asia Pacific Region. The Trainer Certification is accredited to the American Institute of Business Psychology (AIOBP). He, thus, through effective understanding of Human Psychology, is more effective in his interactions with the participants in his workshops, open programmes, and also in One-on-one sessions.

Aalok has trained the most essential commodity, “The Human Capital”, in the Corporate Sector, in Management Techniques pertaining to HRM, HRD, OD, OB, L&D, Leadership and Motivation, Recruitment, Retention, Succession, Reductions in Attrition rates and Culture Evolution. T&D of the Trainers is also his forte.

He is an International Master Trainer. He has completed a run of Fourteen Train the Trainer (TTT) Programmes, twelve in India and two, one each in Bali, Indonesia and Cairo, Egypt.

Aalok is a Leadership Transformer Expert, a Key Note, Motivational and Inspirational Speaker on Human Capital Management, Development, Culture Change/Evolution and Sustenance, and any topic associated with the Human Resource. He has had the honour to address gatherings of 750 plus on Motivational and De-stressing Workshops. He specializes in Intrinsic Leadership; Empowering the Mind, Team Building and Bonding; Influencing Communication; Decision, Attention, Time, and Energy Management; Up-selling your Selling skills; Communication Skills; Image Consultation and Enhancement; Business Writing Skills, Mail/Telephonic Skills; Anger, Conflict, Negotiation cum Management, Self -Management; Strategic Thinking and Decision Making Modules along with “Technical Business Writing Skills”; and any soft skill topic for the Human Resource, under the sun. These programmes include all those which he has conducted, both in India and abroad. The training modality is Activity based which are unique and have lessons drawn from each of them. He is a life coach, getting his much needed Power Coach Certifications through the CLI, IIC, and the ICF. He feels that a facilitator is incomplete without the nuances of a Coach. He is a friend, coach, mentor, counselor to many who have reposed faith in his abilities to transform many a lives that have come in contact with him. He believes in better performance through Coaching, Mentoring and Counseling. 

He is a certified (US) “Empowering Leadership and Fire-walk Instructor”. Here-in, essentially, it is the art of play of the ‘Power of the Mind’ that makes us outstanding achiever and that is what Aalok excels in, in imparting to the executives or his consultees.

Aalok is a prolific Writer and an Author too. He has on Training & Development for HR Business, Africa Magazine of Lusaka, Zambia. He has been writing for the Bi-Weekly Asian Tribune, Canada. His articles focus on “Human behaviors and their Improved Potentials”. He also writes for City Life Style, a Meerut National Daily, and other magazines of Gurgaon, NCR.His first “Literary Baby”, “108 Soft Morning Musings” has been released in Jan 2013. The second and the third books on “Soul’s Spiritual Travails‟ and “Pen-prints Across the Globe”- Compilation of his Published Article around the globe, is due by Aug 2021.

He is a sports lover. He has been a Shuttler, Hoopster, Spiker, and a Cricketer. For the last 12 years, though, he has been close to Golf, a sport that teaches Focus, Determination, Analytical skills, Concentration, Grace of both mind and body, and the ability to come out the best against all odds.

Aalok has travelled the Country and part of the Globe for his workshops and motivational speaking. Suitably married, he has two children, a daughter, Masters (Hons) in Psychology and a son, a Bachelor in Financial Services from the US of A.
