Bruhad has a work experience of over 12 years across various industries, which include HR Strategy, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Psychometric Profiling, Custom Assessment & Development Centers and Simulation Based Learning. He is a senior consultant with Mindskillz. He has trained more than 10000 associates at various levels.
Bruhad started his career with Infiniti Retail Ltd. (TATA Croma) as an Executive HR handling regional roles PAN India. He then transitioned into a Learning Specialist role at Mahindra Finance where he managed Design & Delivery of Training modules, Assessment & Development Centre’s, Human Labs, Academy & Senior Leadership Simulations. Within the 4 years that he was with Mahindra Finance, he created In-Vivo & In-Vitro Leadership Simulations that was his brain child that has now been patented by the organization. He then moved to KEC International Ltd as an OD specialist and then to Greaves cotton Ltd., a manufacturing organization where he help set up the Learning function. His final stint was with Worley India, an Oil & Gas major, where he was heading the Learning function and introduced unique modules using the Flip ‘N’ Drip approach that was a major win to create a space for behavioral learning in a highly traditional technically focused industry

With Mindskillz Bruhad has been a senior faculty member primarily responsible for providing customized end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. He was involved in creating audio–visual training tools for clients.
