Bhushree has a work experience of over 07 years as a Voice & Accent trainer with multiple projects. She has worked as a Voice & Accent Specialist and Communication Trainer and Coach with American Express. She has been a collaborator and contributor in co-creating ELSA 2.0 (Extra ordinary Learning specialist attributes) to cater to changing needs of learners in a virtual environment and co-presented the latest version globally
She has supported the Talent Acquisition team to gauge and assess fellow and potential colleagues from a communication perspective using the CAT Model. She Co-headed Call Calibrations utilizing calls and customer experience(s) to initiate dialogue between operations and the learning network to arrive at solutions. She has been Employee Engagement (EEAT) SPOC within the GNA department and later an active participant with GSLN (Global Servicing Learning Network) for cultural activities
She has been Interned with Junoon Mumbai Local Initiative by transcripting and video recording artists.
Bhushree has led multiple workshops and was responsible for delivering and engaging New Hires on Soft skills training across LOBs via web-based interactive applications such as Adobe Connect and Cisco Webex, schedule timely training and mentoring sessions, providing regular coaching and feedback to Adult Learners consistently to meet their communication needs and turn them into resourceful assets to drive meaningful change and high customer satisfaction.
In her last terms with corporate world, she was heading as a Voice and Accent Specialist | Communication Trainer & Coach at American Express Company. She was one among the trainers to bring out a successful experiential training to practice.
Throughout, more than 50 sessions have been initiated her and she is very known for her out bound trainings which can be interesting and as well as give out great learning experiences.
Bhushree has her Master’s in Literature from SNDT Women’s University.
