Bama has a work experience of over 10 years across various industries which include Training and Development and BPO. She has trained more than 1000 associates at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.

From the year 1998, Bama started her career with Income Tax Office and later moved to PIX Transmissions. Within the next few years she moved to become the Regional HR Manager for Trident Microfin Pvt. Ltd where she was leading the Learning & Development team alongwith other responsibilities. Her stint with training as a functional experience started since 2010.

She was majorly involved in Soft skills/ Behavior training as a part of Corporate Induction, Conducting workshops in Service Excellence, Techniques of Problem Solving, Workshops in Communication, Leadership, Motivation, Guidelines in Telephone Etiquette English for work, handling Conference calls. She is involved in Voice and Accent Training for various IT Corporates.

Bama has successfully undergone the prestigious “Training & Development (Specialization in Behavioural and Facilitation Skill Training” from College of Birmingham. Her responsibilities included training young talents to increase their employability rate thereby bringing about a gradual improvement of the candidate by set processes and constant coaching.

As a Freelance Training, she has worked with clients from various backgrounds giving her an opportunity to broaden her horizons. The client list ranges over Manufacturing, Central Govt. Sector, Service Industries,  Financial Institutions, Health Care Sector,  IT, Insurance and academics. She was in the front end to deliver right from freshers to senior management level.

A two year stint with Trident Microfin has given an in depth understanding of Human Resource as a department. She was involved in the complete inception of the Human Resource department, which gave her an exposure of 360° view of the function. She was primarily responsible in setting up 24 branches in Maharashtra, right from recruitment, induction, in house Training and Development of the Human Resources to addressing Grievances and counselling which has helped her establish herself as Generalist.  An internal understanding of the operations and coordination involved in training, right from Training Need Analysis, Training Need Identification and the entire coordination to achieve the final Training Objective.

With Mindskillz, Bama has been primarily responsible for providing customized end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. She has a deep sense of research orientation, which helps in developing content, and need / gap analysis. Created design documents, developed content and delivered the modules. She was also involved in creating audio – visual training tools for clients.
