Since 2007, Arundhati has conducted training programs across a wide array of competencies, for various levels of professionals. Her programs are designed and tailored befitting her client needs and goals. Her training style is interactive, engaging & impactful.
Born and brought up in Mumbai, Arundhati started her career as a Counsellor at Boston’s Computer Institute in Mumbai in June 1999. Her Corporate Training career kick started as an associate trainer with a start up in 2007, soon after she pursued her Masters in Human Resource Development and Management (2004-07) from Welingkar Institute of Management, University of Mumbai.
Right from MBA students to managers, both mid and senior level, Arundhati has trained in some of the reputed organizations in the country. Some of the sectors where she has conducted successful training programs are in the Automobiles (Tata Motors, Mahindra and Mahindra, Swaraj Tractors), BFSI (Bajaj Finserv, Mahindra Finance, and Birla Sun Life), IT (CGI) and extensively with the Manufacturing sector (DuPont, L&T, Johnson Tiles, Hitachi, RMC Readymix, Finolex, Rotomotive Powerdrive, Tripcon Engineering, etc.)
She has covered a wide range of topics in Behavioral Effectiveness, Sales and Leadership programs. At DuPont, she conducted programs such as Managing Time & Priorities, Creative Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Decision Making, Analysis and Judgement and Managing Difficult Conversations. She has conducted Sales training programs at Tata Motors, Birla Sun Life, Swaraj Tractors and Rotomotive Powerdrive. At Bajaj FinServ she facilitated a Leadership Development program for more than 300 senior management employees.
Arundhati has been able to demonstrate excellent connect with people of all ages. She can be fun, energetic and entertaining with the youngsters and logical and analytical with senior participants. This she has achieved through continuous learning and a keen eye in observing behavior. Recently she pursued an ‘Advanced Diploma in Learning and Development’ from ITOL, UK. She is also a certified administrator for Extended DISC and FIRO-B psychometric assessment tools. She is also a certified facilitator in delivering The Leadership Challenge ® Workshop.
Settled in Anand in Gujarat since 2008, she is also a dealer of ‘Royal Enfield’ motorbikes in Anand from 2011. As the CEO of ‘Royal Ridentity Pvt. Ltd.’ she overlooks Sales and Business Development of the dealership. The first-hand experience dealing with a rapidly growing corporate organization such as Royal Enfield, aids her to co-relate real-life work situations with her trainings.
