This exposure has given Arindam, a robust understanding of Training and helping participants augment their performance both as a professional and as a person. 

Arindam has been deeply involved into the entire spectrum of training right from the Training Need Identification, Developing the relevant content, Delivering and measuring Post Training Effectiveness through a Continuous Learning Process using Kirkpatrick Post Training Evaluation Method. His training is based on “Adult Learning Principles” is extremely lively, interactive with relevant games, activities and AV clips.

He did his MA in Economics (Madras University) and Diploma in Business Administration (Bharatya Vidya Bhavan), where he was a Gold Medallist.
