Aparna’s role as HR and Training professional with work experience with stalwarts like Bharti Airtel ltd, Wipro limited, Atkins India Pvt ltd, Keane India, UTC aerospace in the Human resource and Talent and Development Management functions and handling critical roles for the circles and central business functions. She has successfully led projects on employee engagement, Organizational development projects and assessment centres for Talent retention and development. Instrumentally she spearheaded initiative at a strategic, tactical and operational levels to optimise on Human capital.

Aparna is a Certified Trainer by Dale Carnegie, through a course ‘Train the Trainer’ in India. She is also a certified Coach from ICF Accredited institute and is actively involved in Executive Coaching. She has also completed basic and advance workshops on MBTI.
