Anindita has total work experience of over 29 years across various industries which includes Corporate, Education and IT Sectors.
She has worked as Senior Executive at New Wave, in association with Chambers of Commerce. She was then an assistant lecturer at Jadavpur University. She went on to be the Mentor Coach in the primary department at DPS Megacity, Kolkata. She also worked as Manager Communication at Indus Net Technologies.
In her latest stint with corporate world, she is a Freelance Certified Empaneled Corporate Trainer for Accenture, India. She is involved in training from Corporate ASE foundation to managerial levels. This involves training in coaching, counselling, interpersonal skills, communication skills, time and stress management, networking, strategic thinking, and problem solving. She has also done training with respect to stakeholder management, as well as building and retaining business partnership.
She has completed about 30 certifications of various programs with Accenture. In her 7.5 years stint with Accenture, she has successfully taken several training sessions as trainer/facilitator at Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
She is associated with Mindskillz as a senior faculty member and specializes in offering blended learning programs which can be customized as short capsules as well as long-term based sessions with coaching & application-based learning. Anindita firmly believes in Business oriented, Enquiry based, Reflective, Round table facilitation. She is an expert in In-person & Virtual training delivery modes.
Anindita is a Post Graduate Certificate Gold Medalist in International Marketing from Chemicals & Allied Products Export Promotion Council, Kolkata. She is also a BA honors graduate in Political Science from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata.
