Amol has a work experience of over 17 years across various industries, which include Training & Development,  Competency-based Assessments, and HR. He is a senior consultant with Mindskillz. He has trained more than  12000 associates at various levels.  

Amol started his career with Vidyut Metallics Ltd. and later moved to Amway India Enterprises, where he  began his training career. Within a year of joining Amway India Enterprises he got promoted State Training  Manager. 

He was majorly involved in training the Amway distributors/business owners conducting workshops/programs  in product/selling skills and motivational interventions. He was involved in the preparation of the training  calendar for various programs in the state of Maharashtra/Goa.  

In the insurance space Amol has worked with companies like Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd., HSBC Bank (TATA  AIG) and Future Generali Life Insurance Co. ltd., in various capacities handling frontline training delivery, team  management, content development, e-learning, employee training and has also conducted train the trainer  programs in his assignment as Head Training–Alternate/ Direct & Mall-assurance. Amol has worked across all the  channels of distribution in the insurance sector. 

A 3 ½ year-stint with TATA Motors Ltd., (Commercial Vehicles), has given an in-depth understanding of Human  Resource as a department. He was instrumental in setting up the entire HR architecture for 2800 dealers  across the country which also gave him an exposure of 360° view of the function. He started as a Learning Lead  and then moved on as Head – Channel HR and was primarily responsible for setting up the HR architecture,  which was mainly focusing on recruitment, training & development, employee engagement, PMS and  succession planning.  

With Mindskillz Amol has been primarily responsible for providing customized end-to-end soft skills training  and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. He has a deep sense of  research orientation which helps in developing content and need/gap analysis. Created design documents,  developed content and delivered the modules. He was involved in creating audio–visual training tools for  clients.
