An Adventure Sport is any sport featuring speed, height, danger, a high level of physical exertion, highly specialized gear, or spectacular stunts.
Another characteristic of Adventure sports is that they tend to be individual rather than team sports.
Adventure sports can include both competitive and noncompetitive activities.
A number of adventure activities such as Rappelling, Jumaring, Zipline, Camping, Trekking, High rope activities, Mountain Biking etc, Aero-sports such as parasailing and nature study camps are conducted in the valley.
Rappelling
Rappelling (German abseiling, meaning “to rope down”), is the controlled descent down a rock face using a rope.
Jumaring
An ascender is a mechanical device used for ascending on a rope. One such device is a Jumar. The device’s name also leads to the term Jumaring for the process of using such a device.
Zipline
A zip-line consists of a pulley suspended on a cable, usually made of stainless steel/alloy, mounted on an incline. It is designed to enable a user propelled by gravity to travel from the top to the bottom of the inclined cable by holding on to, or attaching to, the freely moving pulley.
Trekking
A trek is a long, adventurous journey undertaken on foot in areas where common means of transport are generally not available.
Camping
Camping is an outdoor activity. The participants (known as campers) leave urban areas, their home region,or civilization and enjoy nature while spending one or several nights outdoors, usually at a campsite.
Paint ball
Paintball is a sport in which players compete, in teams or individually, to eliminate opponents by tagging them with capsules containing water soluble dye and gelatin shell outside( referred to as paintballs) propelled from a device called a paintball marker. Paintballs are composed of a non-toxic, biodegradable, water soluble polymer.

Night trekking you can enjoy the nocturnal beauty of the wildlife. Trekking has remained men’s passion from the day he took his first step on the earth.
Survival Camping
In our camp, participants work with highly experienced mentors to develop resiliency and confidence of character. Through the camp they gain incredible outdoor skills, including wilderness survival, archery, stealth, wild plants, woodworking, and animal tracking.
Obstacles
An obstacle course is a series of challenging physical obstacles an individual or team must navigate usually while being timed. Obstacle courses include running, climbing, jumping, crawling, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed and endurance.
High Rope activities
A rope course is a challenging outdoor or personal development and team building activity which usually consists of high and or low elements. Low elements take place on the ground or only a few feet above the ground. High elements are usually constructed in trees or made of utility poles and require a belay for safety.
Artificial wall climbing
A climbing wall is an artificially constructed wall with grips for hands and feet, usually used for indoor climbing, but sometimes located outdoors. Some are brick or wooden constructions, but on most modern walls, the material most often used is a thick multiplex board with holes drilled into it.
Mountain Biking
A mountain bike or mountain bicycle is a bicycle created for off-road cycling. They are ridden on single track trails, fire roads logging roads, and other unpaved environments.
Zorbing
Zorbing is the recreation of rolling downhill in a zorb, generally made of transparent tarpo plasto material. Zorbing is generally performed on a gentle slope, but can also be done on a level surface, permitting more rider control.
