Aashika Varshini Ambikanandhan

Aashika is a Soft Skills trainer with overall 5 years of experience across various industries which includes Manufacturing, corporate and education.
Aashika has her bachelor’s in Social Sciences from Madurai, Kamaraj University, Madurai, and she is also pursuing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Vivekananda Shubarti University.
She has worked as an Associate trainer at Maven training company, Chennai. Aashika has led over 50+ workshops, conceptualized, designed & delivered programs in India for various corporate, colleges and schools.
In her last terms with corporate world she was heading as a Leadership & Behavioral trainer at Maven    training company. She was one among the trainers to bring out a successful experiential training tool to achieve best results and feedbacks from the client.
Throughout, more than 50 sessions have been initiated her and she is very known for her out bound trainings which can be interesting and as well as give out great learning experiences.
Aashika has been conducting team building and change management trainings to companies like SPS, Minda groups and Nippon Paints, English Language Training Programs to Jairam and Vysya colleges (Salem) and Mando Automotives.
With some research and certain collaboration, Aashika and her team introduced Horse Quotient Leadership programme to Valeo groups in Chennai and Cisco groups Bangalore, which enlightened various insights about leadership experientially.
Aashika is currently working as Soft Skills trainer with Mindskillz and contributing training on various aspects of Leadership and Behavioral trainings.
She has also worked as a Centre Head in Elite Global School; Chennai which is a complete nature-based school. The objective of Aashika in the school was to train the students in the aspects of the “21st Century Skills “
As a freelancer she has worked on Collaborative Mind set for Samsung India (Chennai), Cis groups (Bangalore),Valeo (Chennai). Conducted training on Change Management for Mindas group( Hosur).
