Jeeta has a training experience of over 13 years across various industries which include Training and Development, BPO and the non-BPO sector. She has trained more than 800 associates at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.
Jeeta started her training career with a training consultancy- Nextlink Pvt. Ltd., where she worked as a consultant for 10 years. Within a year of joining Next, she was appointed as head of the English training department. She not only trained in-house trainers by conducting TTT programs but also trained corporate groups who came to the institute.
Her first 2 clients in this area of training were Dell and HSBC. Over time she handled various clients from all sectors. Some of them were Accenture, Unisys, Goldman Sachs, Unilever, JPMC, Nexthop, IBM, Swissre, Thomson, Allegis, Austin Medsol, HP, Indigo, Lever, Infolabs, Asipac, CNBC, and Schindler. Jeeta conducted the IBM Induction program for over 20 batches (the module included corporate etiquette, communication skills, team building, time management and cross-cultural sensitization) and a workshop on Change Management at Thompson-Reuters.
She was majorly involved in conducting workshops in Business communication, Spoken and written English language skills, accent neutralization, Personality Development, Cross cultural Sensitization, Body Language, Team Building, Goal Setting, Time Management, Workplace Etiquette and Grooming , customer service and telephone English for work.
Jeeta has conducted training modules on Effective Interview and Communication Skills at the following colleges in Bangalore R.V. College of Engineering, St Joseph’s College, Sambharamba MBA College TIMS – (BBA and MBA students).
She has also conducted a one month Voice and Accent training program at AT&T Singapore. The trainees included Chinese, Indians, Thai, Philippine and Vietnamese participants.
In Gurgaon, Jeeta worked consultant with NIIT- Evolv. She was their designated trainer for conducting the Language and V&A module at Bank of America. She also did the following assignments as a Freelance Trainer Communication Skills Module at 2 business schools, Accent neutralization at Group M, Communication Skills and Workplace Etiquette Training for paramedics and nurses at Artemis hospital
She has trained for the Polaris BPO agents and has also handling Voice and Accent for an e commerce brand called American Swan and a combination of Language and Customer service for Bata.
Jeeta has an MA (English) degree from Calcutta University and her strengths include detailed subject knowledge, very effective facilitation with a high focus on interactive training, ability to customize Training Modules and the skill to handle differing trainee temperaments and accents. She is very good at training young talents to increase their employability rate. This training shows a gradual improvement of the candidate by set processes and constant coaching.
