Arindam comes with 9 years of Sales Experience and over 22 years of Sales and Behavioural training experience, spanning over hierarchies from the CEO to amateurs both in India and overseas.
He displays a robust understanding of training and helping participants augment their performance both as a professional and as a person.
Arindam has been deeply involved in the spectrum of training right from Training Need Identification, to developing the relevant content, to delivering and finally, measuring Post Training Effectiveness through a continuous learning process.
Along the way Arindam has earned various International Certifications to his credits which include Professional Behavioural Analyst (CPBA), Professional Values and Attributes (CPVA), and Trimetric Assessor, all from Success Insights International Inc., Atlanta, USA
He is also certified as Competency Assessor through the Competency Development Centre by Door Training International, Sweden. Arindam holds an International Diploma in Training & Teaching from City & Guild, MAT from Mercurial Goldman India Pvt. Ltd, Situational Leadership Trainer through Franklin Covey South Asia, E – DISC from Larks Learning System, Gurgaon in association with E DISC Inc, Sweden.
