Prior to moving into training full time, Midhun was heading Hyderabad Region as the District Manager for Karvy Financial Services Ltd which is a group company of KARVY. While at KARVY, he was also responsible for handling Induction training for entire South Division covering topics such as Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & operations, compliance branch controls, and competition analysis.
Prior to his stint with Karvy Midhun has had a 6 year long innings with Citigroup as an Assistant Manager and Manager at CitiFinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd , its NBFC arm. At Citi, Midhun has had the opportunity to start locations from scratch, handling recruitments, training and coaching teams to perform and growing the branch network and its portfolio size. He also did a short stint managing South Kerala cluster of branches and also was a part of the restructuring team post 2008 recession.
Midhun started his career first with GE Money as a Sales Trainee before moving on to becoming a Relationship Manager. He trained new resources on-the-job in sales, marketing promotions and customer interviewing techniques to aid in credit decision making in addition to being responsible for sales targets as well.
Midhun has done his Masters in Business Administration specializing in Marketing & Systems from Amrita School of Business.
Midhun is a certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie Inc. and has also completed his psychometric assessment certification from Extended DISC International through Larks Learning.
He also has a Bachelors degree in Economics from Sacred Heart’s College, MG University.
