Sandhya Kini holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Karnataka University. In her career spanning over 17 years, she has taken up several corporate training assignments for junior to middle management in various professional skills. Her clientele so far consists of Kshema Technologies, Mphasis, Redington, BOSCH, Tectronix, Trigent, Subex, Logica, Samsung, I-Flex, Flextronics, Adea Solutions, DNA Zee T.V Group, Tech Mahindra, L&T InfoTech, L&T Komatsu, GTL & Marlabs, Ness Technologies, WeP Peripherals and Titan Industries.
As a trainer, Sandhya ensures an interactive approach to training with modules and activities designed to suit the needs of all levels of participants. She is adept and experienced in delivering customized training modules and methodologies to guarantee positive results for the Clients. She creates an environment wherein they can perceive the problem and are able to relate to it. She pulls from all aspects to blend programs that are entertaining, insightful and educational.
