Kaamran is a result-oriented & dynamic professional with over 14 years of progressive experience across various industries which include Training and Development and BPO. He has good experience in training, conceptualizing and managing a wide range of learning and development strategies on behalf of the organization. He also has an extensive exposure to various types of trainees and mentoring. He likes to work as a catalyst in the betterment of the service industry and to be a part of a dedicated team that polishes on business delivery.

He has collaborated with key stake holders to identify learning needs, conduct needs assessments, produce actionable strategic plans, develop customized learning solutions, facilitate training presentations as well as measure and report quantifiable outcomes.
