Gautam has over 21 years’ experience in the Services Industry.  Due to his good communication and leadership skills, he has often been chosen to handle training workshops on motivation, communication, etiquette, telephone courtesies and attitude improvement. He has had the experience of handling large teams (up to 94 people) in HSBC Data Processing Pvt. Ltd. He has also had the experience of handling large numbers of foreign Clients.

Gautam has set up systems for customer feedback and tracking frequent and VIP customer preferences. He has introduced several key initiatives and innovations with a view to improving overall standards and increase sales at HSBC HDPI.

Customer relations and customer handling skills are one of his strong points; he has handled high-pressure situations often involving VIPs and extremely exacting clients. He is CELTA Certified: (Cambridge ESOL: Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults)
