This rich experience of interacting and providing solutions to Top Management up to end-user level across varied industry, prompted Felix to venture into the field of Learning and Development. Association with Junior Chamber International India has helped Felix grow in his thought process with regards to interacting, understanding persons and designing solutions as per their needs. Over these years, Felix has trained over 1000 personnel ranging from Junior to Senior Executives across multiple organizations.
Felix has conducted Product, Sales, Communication Skills and Customer Service Workshops for personnel from reputed organizations in the field of Finance and Insurance. He has conducted Customer Service, Human Relationship, Team Building, Assertiveness and Problem Solving Skill Workshops across Hospitality and Service Industry. Workshops on Time Management, Memory Skills, Anger and Stress Management Skills have been conducted for school students. Felix has also conducted Workshops on Employability Skills and Personal Grooming for students of Management Colleges.

Felix is a Bachelor in Economics. He holds a Diploma in Information Management (Honours) from NIIT and is certified as Licentiate from Insurance Institute of India.
He is trained in Consultative selling and is holding Certification on Speech Craft and Zonal Trainer from Junior Chambers International, India.
