During his career he has worked across length & breadth of AP & Telangana, and in major cities across India

He is a Certified Trainer with Indian Academy of Training & Development (IATD) having a Masters Diploma in Training, has attended 5 Days Intensive TTT Program in Automobile Technology, 15 Days Maruti Suzuki Boot camp, and also certified by IRDA in insurance.

He has conducted more than 150 training programs-offline, 150 online sessions, 10 Open Workshops in Sales, covered around 15 industries, and 5 Programs on ‘Team Building & Leadership Skills’, in training more than 6000 sales people.

Savita is currently employed with Mindskillz as a Content Manager and Facilitator. She brings to the table creativity and freshness in the content she builds and uses innovative tools and engaging methods through her facilitation. She is passionate about story telling and engages her audiences with impactful stories and has been appreciated for the same.

Her rich corporate experience from her previous employers like 24/7, Envoy Mortgage, IBM, HSBC, Accenture and Ericsson has helped her hone her skills to be one of the most popular and sought-after corporate trainers with the right amount of training fervor and knowledge-sharing. Her cross – industry experience include private retail business, that has helped build strong negotiation, sales and business skills which is an integral part of the competitive corporate. 

Savita has been a keynote organizer of various trainings, recruitment drives, campus events and D&I programs in most of her organizations. She has trained 10000 plus people from various industries and at various levels. She has successfully conducted OD programs for Mid Management and above and that has only added to her vast repertoire of facilitation and coaching skills.

Savita takes inspiration from Stephen Covey and believes that the book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” has personally helped her in influencing an audience to realize their potential and helped them grow to achieve great success in their Leadership and Management skills.  

She is a quick learner, a voracious reader, understands the adult learning principles of pedagogy, encourages imagination and introduces fun in all her training classes. Facilitation is her key area of strength and she believes that being a good listener and involving her class is what makes a training program successful.  

With Mindskillz Savita has been primarily responsible for Creating Customized Content for clients.

She designs documents, develops content, and delivers training as a faculty as well. She is involved in using new and improved technology and platforms for creation of content and all visual training tools for clients. She also builds end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. She is research oriented which helps her in developing content and identifying need/gap analysis.
