Shivaram Srinivasa Vinjamuri calling name Shiva has been a facilitator for various industries which includes IT Product & Services, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Cement, Telecom, FMCG, FMEG and FMCD, Hi-Tech & Retail.
He started his career as a Sales Executive in Bangalore and become a Zonal Head Training for South India, he has working in FMEG, FMCG, NBFC, Education and Media.
Shivaram has led 1500+ over workshops, conceptualized, designed & delivered programs in India, and Dubai covering employees & clients across levels.
In his last stint with corporate world he was heading the Training and Development of South India for Aegon Religare. He was instrumental in setting up the department & the team there. He worked on to build a learning culture within company in close collaboration with Leadership team & Business Heads. He was the first 100 employees of the organization
He designed 25+ Leadership workshops (mid-management to senior leadership); 50+ Behavioral workshops (junior to mid-management) on Communication, Personal & Professional Excellence, Client Centricity & People Leadership.
Currently, as a Consultant for last 12 years he has led Leadership development programs, Employee development, Assessment centers, Career Transition and middle management program with design and execution of programs for IT, Telecom, cement, FMCG, Manufacturing and Finance companies.
He specializes in offering blended learning programs which can be customized as small modules as well as long term based sessions with coaching & application based learning. Shiva firmly believes in Business oriented, Enquiry based, Reflective, Experiential based program. He is expert in In-person & Virtual training delivery modes as well as outbound experiential based programs.
Shivaram is a Masters in Philosophy from Annamalai University Chidambaram, MA in psychology, PGD in Marketing Management, PGD in Counselling and Guidance. Certified Executive and Life coach, Emotional Intelligence Coaching etc.,.
Shiva is currently a senior consulting faculty with Mindskillz adding value to the organization with his multiple certifications.
