He has worked as Financial Planning Professional, Training Consultant, Sr. Training Specialist and Coach for many Organizations like Tata Motors (PV), Mahindra & Mahindra (PV & SCV), Maruti Suzuki, Fiat India Ltd. in automobile sector and Life Insurance companies like ICICI Prudential & Lombard, HDFC Standard, Aviva, LIC, Bajaj Allianz, Indian Postal, India First, Bharti Axa, Birla Sunlife, and Future Generali covering pan India locations. Also, a Mutual Fund advisor with many assets management companies.
Raj has led over 1000+ workshops and trained 50k+ sales professionals in a span of 15years as a Training Professional. A key role player in new product launching programs for the clients in India across levels.
In his current stint with a new organization, he is bringing a corporate culture and he is a Business Partner- Operations and Client service for Mudra Mission Financial Services and being an instrumental in setting up the whole process of starting a new venture of financial services from scratch to an achievement of 2 million (INR) turnover company in just 2 years. He worked on to build a continuous learning environment and a culture to grow within his organization and build a good employee retention strategy. He has designed special training programs related to new entrepreneur programs, sales and leadership development programs.
He is also certified with many certifications from various institutions and took a hands-on experience to elevate his career goals and also helped the client employees to set their future goals. Recently he took part in various projects for Colleges from Campus to Corporate- Life skills programs for engineering and under graduate students, a CSR initiative from Barclays Bank. Also conducted and attended many virtual programs during Covid’19 lockdown period.
He specializes in offering blended learning programs which can be customized as short-byte as well as long term-based sessions with coaching & application-based learning and can be helpful in setting up Assessment Development Centers (ADC’s) for organization. Raj firmly believes in positive results in whatever Business you do, He is expert in In-person & Virtual training delivery modes as per the requirement.
Raj is a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from ISBM, Mumbai and holds plain Graduation degree in Arts. He is also a certified Trainer from Global Master Trainers – Mercuri Goldman.
