Poulomi is a PhD in Criminal Psychology and has Masters in English Literature and Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application and Degree in Criminal Law & Justice Diploma in Mass communication. She is a certified V & A and Communication Specialist in corporate training for over two decades. She has worked with big wigs to name a few Genpact, DELL, HSBC Sutherland Global. Through her learning journey she has gained honors from every platform of the industry. She has proven records of Career/Business/Life and Political coaching. She has been a Guest Speaker at Renowned Universities across India. She Facilitates workshops on Train the Trainer, Communication (Written & Spoken) Voice & Accent, Behavioral, Management and Leadership workshops.
In her last stint with corporate world she was CLO of TechnohubTechnologies. She was instrumental in setting up the department & the team there. She worked on to build a learning culture within companies in close collaboration with CPO’s & Business Heads. She designed 15+ Leadership workshops (mid-management to senior leadership); 25+ Behavioral workshops (junior to mid-management) on Communication, Personal & Professional Excellence, Client and Customer Centricity & People Management.
