Prior to this, she was the managing director of Images Knowledge House (IKH) a specialist training consultancy. Here she has conducted assessment centers for Tata Motors & Swarovski. Anila Rattan worked with Ma Foi consultants as a Sr. Consultant in Human Resource Consulting with a focus on training. She headed the training vertical of Ma-Foi in North India. Her job consisted of planning and executing large public programs and stand-alone training projects, from conception to training evaluation. She accomplished this task with the help of a team of in-house and empaneled trainers, facilitators and administrators. She was also responsible for business development, content development, training delivery, training evaluation, quality control and client servicing. The focus was on managing large national training assignments with a team of trainers based across the country.
She has been involved in the content development and training delivery of Management Development Workshops with companies like Keane India Pvt. Ltd, Whirlpool of India Ltd, CSC, British Telecom, BhartiTelesoft, Cadbury, Gap, HCL, Xansa, HECL, HCIL, GE – SBI etc. She was the anchor for the Ma Foi Trainer Certification public program being run across the nation.
She has been on the Panel of All India Management Association as an adjunct faculty and has taught MBA students business communication. She has been responsible for the development of the Business Communication Syllabus along with a Facilitators Guide and a Students Guide for AIMA which became a compulsory subject for all AIMA – MBA student’s nationwide.
Prior to this she worked with City & Guilds (South Asia) as a Training Consultant with a focus on content development. She developed a City & Guilds certificate level qualification for contact centers in close consultation with City & Guilds UK research and development team.
Her previous assignment was in corporate training with GE. In the Training Function at GECIS, she got the opportunity to independently handle complete training projects.
To mention a few, she was in-charge of the planning and execution of the three day New Hire Orientation program with a weekly influx of 150 new hires, Business Communication, Customer Service, Team Building, Stress Management, Quality Concepts, Time Management etc.
She started her career as a Management Trainee with Taj Group of Hotels, Mumbai. After which she joined the Taj Group of Hotels in Taj Man Singh, New Delhi as an Assistant Duty Manager in the front office department.
Anila has recently completed a Certificate level course “How to Learn Online” from edx: Harvard and MIT online education arm. As well as a Certificate level course “Leaders of Learning” from HarvardX: Harvard online education arm.
She is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level (500+ coaching hours) ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited executive coach and is pursuing Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner certification by Kain Ramsay.
Has as a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering technology from Indian Institute of Hotel Management (Taj Group of Hotels).
