Karan trained clients in Petroleum, Indian Railways, Medicine, Infocomm and Education. In all these verticals, Karan shone like the sun in his training delivery. For example, in the CREST (Customer Relationship & Excellence in Selling Techniques) for Reliance Infocomm, Karan had a Feedback score of 4.96 on 5 and was NIS’s most sought after trainer in this vertical. In the petroleum sector, Karan trained front liners, middle Management and Senior Management pan India. In the Insurance sector, Karan trained all levels of management in the nine top insurance companies in the country with excellent results and great working results.
After a very fruitful innings in NIS Sparta, Karan had been a Manager Trainer in Frankfinn and an expert in Personality Development. Thereafter, Karan worked for a period in CGA a Gurgaon based company
With Mindskillz, a famous Bangalore based training company Karan contributed hugely for training their frontline sales staff of Tanishq Jewelers and was a very popular and effective trainer for their North India.
In SLS (Strategic Learning Systems) Karan became a key trainer for their major client Tata Motors Ltd and gave good results to the Tata Sales Teams in North India. Tata Motors was a Frontrunner in those days and Karan’s Agra Outlets got the best in house training prize from the company for getting the best Sales Talk scores pan India.
Karan went a step further and trained the sales Teams in Hyundai in North India for car sales. He is now also independently conducting sales and soft skills training for Ultratech Cement, Jindal Steel and the American Embassy.
