Pallavi, is a post-graduate in Management with Human Resource and Marketing specialization, started her career with ITC welcome Group as Guest Relation Executive and worked there for two years where she trained IHM and Tourism trainees and build future managers for operations and Hospitality. She ventured into Banking and worked with Standard Chartered, HDFC and ICICI for more than eight years and hold the position of Retail Branch Head. 

She was extensively involved in training both new entrants and experienced professionals for sales and behavioural skills. She has also worked as Head T&D with Sharda Group of Educational Institutes, where she mentored more than twenty-five trainers. She was one of the founding members of “Industry Interface Cell” under Sharda Group to collaborate with esteem organization to address their L&D need.

She has experience in developing training manuals for business excellence and achieving customer satisfaction. She is proficient in conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability & brand enhancement.
