Piyu, is currently employed with Mindskillz as a Facilitator. She believes in Creating Industry Ready Professionals, her passion towards Training has brought lot of dividends to the Trainees. She is very creative in engaging audience, her energy level in the sessions brings live to the session.
She has trained more than 15000 professionals, her rich experience in PSU’S has made her kitty of experience vivid and interesting. She has handled more than twenty units of NHPC, Delivered at BHEL THDC NTPC DVC BBJ Construction, Balmer Lawrie, NFL etc. She has been fortunate enough to handle PSUS of all cadres starting from Maharatna to Navratna Miniratna -1 & 2.
She trained Government employees of Prasar Bharti, Ministry of Women & Child, Border Road organization & others. Her Modules have been awarded by all the PSU’s.
Her Rich Corporate experience in big Fortune Companies have put stars in her performance, she has trained employees of Adani Mitsui JSAI Microsoft Capgemini Xiaomi Metaphorsis Blue Star, Club one Air, Blossom Kochhar to name a few.
Piyu , is a Double Post Graduate In Industrial & Clinical Psychology and a certified as a Trainer with Heromindmine, Capgemini. She multi-talented , a psychotherapist From AIMS. She has written a book on Former CII Director Life.

She is competent in behavioural training that include Voice and Accent Training, Leadership Development, Retail Sales training, People Management, Customer Management, Assertive Communication, Team Building, Professional Skills, Time Management, Influencing and Interpersonal skills, Conflict Management, Creative Thinking and many more.
Piyu has been inspired by The Book “Secret” and believes and imbibes the pedagogy of secret. She has successfully imparted training to all PSUS and presently imparting training to all units of NHPC THDC NHDC from 2008 onwards. She has successfully trained the work force in building there capacities.
She is currently a senior consulting faculty with Mindskillz adding value to the organization with her multiple certifications. She also builds end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. She is research oriented which helps her in understanding the need of the employees.
