He has worked as Senior Corporate Trainer Hyderabad Chennai, for companies like Google, Oracle, Microsoft, Genpact, Dr. Reddys, Aurobindo and others.
Senthil has led over 3000+ Trainings in Hyderabad and Chennai with his customized programs on fire and safety and occupational health and safety.
He is well experienced in fire safety with practical and his methodology is to make all interact throughout the program. The method what he use is “Fun with Knowledge” he believes that knowledge can inject through fun and it can be remembered easily.
He also designed & developed his own program according to the client wish and requirement.
He was a Lead transformer for training soft skill for the final year MBA students in various colleges in Chennai for the student’s carrier development.
He was a senior Corporate trainer for Usha fire for 15years and conducted various programs like Basic fire safety, Basic life support, Advance fire safety, SCBA training, Spill kit, Evacuation mock drill, domestic fire safety and Behavioral safety for all different sector 6 years in Lead transformer for training soft skill for the final year MBA students in various college .
Currently, he is Managing director of Safe Safety Solution Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad were he take care even the safety training and operation.

Certified on Accident Investigation interdiction to the principles by Human focus. Certified on Emergency respiratory virus including Covid-19 method for detection prevention response and control by World Health organization.
Senthil is a Bachelor in science from Chennai University.
He is currently a senior consulting faculty with Mindskillz adding value to the organization with his multiple certifications.
