Rajkumar Bharathy is currently a freelancer and is into training and coaching in the field of Learning and development. He is an expert sales and marketing trainer. Currently he is handling training for Pre sales, marketing, sales, voice and accent and a few softskills sessions. He is passionate about training and is highly appreciated for his training methods.

His career started in the year 2007 with Ed.Well, a company that mended his skills to perfection by providing opportunities to train in American accent. Here he also had the opportunity to develop and deliver content rich training material for the senior trainers as per the client’s requirements. These materials were then field tested with the employees of the same company and then was introduced into mainstream training. Here, he worked as a junior level training executive. His training sessions was for banking sales representatives and sales manager from the niche of private
sector banks and private financial institutions.

In the year 2009, he joined Citi Global Services limited as a relationship manager in Citigold process. There he was allocated a fixed set of customers for whom he was in charge of handling all the their requirements right from certificate of deposits, equity, traveler’s cheques, credit cards and all account related maintenance. He worked in the graveyard shift and the process was a pilot process meaning, it was field tested in India and after the completion the whole setup was
transferred to onsite.

From the year 2010 he joined DDMS consultancy junior executive in retail credit, handling the recovery and settlements till the year 2019. Since the job profile involves a lot of travelling, he decided to follow his inner call to be a freelance trainer and from the year 2019 he had been a trainer ever since.

He is a quick learner, a voracious reader, understands the adult learning principles of pedagogy, encourages imagination and introduces fun in all his training classes. Facilitation is his key area of strength and he believes that being a good listener and involving his class is what makes a training program successful.

He designs documents, develops content, and delivers training as a faculty as well. He is involved in using new and improved technology and platforms for creation of content and all visual training tools for clients. He also builds end-to-end sales training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. He is research oriented which helps him in developing content and identifying need/gap analysis.
