He is extremely passionate and committed to trainings and has more than 1000 days of classroom training, 300 online sessions and 500 one to one counselling sessions.
He has been associated with reputed organizations like Franklin Covey (Dr. Stephen R Covey), Neuro Leadership Group (David Rock), Lead Without Title (Robin Sharma), MHS (EQ 2.0), Privi Group, Grindwell Norton Limited and have delivered multiple sessions for SBI, Flipkart, JSW, USV Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank, BPCL. Rave Technologies, NKGSB Bank, IndusInd Bank to name the few. He has delivered multiple batches on 7Habits and Situational Leadership during his tenure.
He worked with Privi Group, leaders in Aroma Chemicals where he was instrumental in setting up the department and creating a culture of learning. He managed entire learning cycle starting from TNI to Effectiveness Evaluation. He designed and delivered multiple sessions on Personal Effectiveness. Communication and Presentation Skills, Collaboration and Teamwork, and Leadership skills for employees across the department and levels.
In Privi, he delivered Train The Trainer Programs for technically competent managers and groomed them to design and deliver technical training programs.
Sanjay has delivered multiple session on Emotional Intelligence, Goal Setting, Planning, Time Management and Execution, Listening Skills and Assertiveness, Conflict Management, Positive Attitude to name the few.
He has designed and delivered long term leadership development program which covered 16 skills necessary for managers across the industries as identified by Harvard Business School. This was a six-day session, one every month along with coaching.
He is MBA in Human Resources, Certified Coach, Hypnosis and NLP Practitioner. He has conducted NLP Practitioner’s Course in which participants have learnt and have been certified to use NLP and Hypnosis techniques.
During pandemic, Sanjay has conducted more than 70 free open sessions on zoom as a contribution to the society on Meditation, Mindfulness, Positive Attitude, Power of Subconscious Mind, Leadership Mindset, Improving Relationships with Love Languages, Personality Types, Communication and Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Impactful Communication to name the few.
