Tilottama Pal has a work experience of over 19 years across various industries which includes IT /ITES catering to clients across all Industries, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI). 

Tilottama has completed her professional studies in MBA from IIEST, Shibpur specializing in Human Resources, graduated from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and has also studied at Lady Brabourne College and St. Xavier’s School, Haldia, 

Being an avid continual learner Tilottama continues to keep herself updated on new HR Trends and Technologies from various Top World class Leading Educational Institutions. Tilottama is a Certified Rewards Professional from Aon Hewitt and certified from Scrum.org on various professional Scrum Certifications and is passionate about Designing Future of Work & Creating World class Workplaces- Policies, Practices and People. 

She has worked as Head HR, Talent Development Location Head and Global Program Manager Learning, for top multinationals. A Lean Six Sigma expert herself along with Scrum and Agile HR certifications as PSPO1, PSM1, PSM2, PAL I Tilottama is also engaged in guiding her clients and employees on their Agile HR journey through Mentoring and Coaching. Tilottama given her keen interest in next generation HR Technology also works with clients to design and guide them on their Future of Workplaces Journey through Digital Transformation. She is passionate about consulting and training organizations setup and strengthen their HR Function.

Tilottama has led over 1000+ workshops in her corporate career, conceptualized, designed & delivered programs in India, China covering employees & clients across levels.

In her last stint with corporate world, she was heading the HR Function for one of the Industry Units for Tata Consultancy Services. She was instrumental building a culture of learning and collaboration and getting her team across levels- capability ready as successful leaders of tomorrow with the necessary Holistic Learning Framework that included Behavioral Trainings, Process and Skill based trainings, Webinars etc. that are required in the VUCA world.

She also designed & developed a complete Leadership Succession building programs to train & nurture 100 future leaders in the companies that she served. These interventions have been widely applauded by employees and clients and has resulted in significant impact on People Metrics ROI.
