Asmita is a professional with 15 plus years of Learning and Development experience and 20 plus years of work exposure as a business professional. 

Asmita believes that understanding people is at the heart of understanding any business. Therefore, she is steeped in developing people for the people. She creates impactful and meaningful experiences for her learners so that they feel empowered, inspired and transformed towards their goal at work and in life.

After exploring and acquiring skills from diverse industries and work sectors including print media, telecom, banking, education, in her formative years of being a professional, she settled as a Learning & Development practitioner since 2008. 

She is proficient in conducting both onsite/ classroom and web based/virtual trainings with similar levels of engagement using appropriate tools, activities and methodologies across multiple platforms. 

Asmita did her master’s in Comparative Literature from Jadavpur University and considers herself to be a passionate and driven trainer – facilitator. Her ability to spontaneously connect with her learners and facilitate a productive, goal-oriented and engaging training intervention has been her USP. Her years of classroom experience has enhanced her proficiency in identifying and addressing various personality traits, emotional shades and cognitive abilities among learners. 

Asmita has been an integral part of Mindskillz as a senior faculty member involved in content development and training delivery.
