Sunil has a work experience of over 21 years across various industries which includes IT Product & Services, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech & Start-ups.
He has worked as Head Learning and Development for IT division in Pune, Training manager at Amdocs Development Center. Technical Consultant in Southeast Asia office for NIIT.
Sunil has led over 100+ workshops, conceptualized, designed & delivered programs in India, USA & Malaysia covering employees & clients across levels.
In his last stint with corporate world, she was heading the Learning and Development and Project Management vertical of JetSynthesys. She was instrumental in setting up the department & the team there. He worked on to build a learning culture within companies in close collaboration with CPO’s & Business Heads. He has designed 15+ Leadership workshops (mid-management to senior leadership); 2O+ Behavioral workshops (junior to mid-management) on Communication, Personal & Professional Excellence, Client Centricity & People Leadership.
He also designed & developed a complete Leadership Journey to train & nurture 100 future leaders in the company. The growing business & requirement to collaborate better with the clients demanded him to facilitate consulting assignments in US, Malaysia, Philippines for Project Kick-offs & Implementation projects. He has been a strategic Professional with experience in Corporate Training & Development, Employee Engagements, HR Operations and Team Management at National & Global Level.
He has been instrumental in John Deere’s Emotional Capital Program India launch & anchored multiple in-person / virtual trainings for diverse topics. In his 10 years stint with John Deere, he also was part of creation and maintaining the Talent Pipeline, Training Need Analysis, career development plan based on employee performance, Rewards and Recognition initiative, IT department specific policies and procedures for IT employee’s unit for Pune.
Currently, as a consultant for 3 years she has led Leadership development program for JSW Infrastructure, CIDCO, Unovel Industries and led more than 50+ programs for IT and Manufacturing companies.

Sunil is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Devi Pune University. He is also a Belbin Certified Team accessor, Certified Psychometric Testing Professional, Happiness Coach. And a Team Building Trainer. It’s a modality which helps individuals work on their mind, body, emotions & higher self-alignment.
