Rajeev is an Automotive Professional and comes with an overall experience of 35+ years in After Sales, Field Service, Customer Relation, Automotive Technical & Behavioural Training, Profit Centre Operations, and Sales & Distribution Management being associated with MNCs like Cummins India, Eicher Engines, Ashok Leyland, Hyundai etc. He has the exposure to Pan India geographical locations during course of his tenure with MNCs and while conducting various training programmes.
Rajeev carries a rich field experience of Customer service on Pan India basis , He has the exposure to Industrial Engines, Two Wheeler, Three Wheeler, Passenger Vehicles , Commercial Vehicles , Tractor & Earth Moving Equipment- conducting Training Programmes for Sales, Service, Warranty Administration, Supply Chain Management, He also has exposure to Electric Vehicle domain while heading the L & D of an EV Skill Development Academy. He has facilitated and coached clients from various industries. .He also has overseas exposure of conducting Training Programmes at Ghana ( West Africa ) & Maldives .
As a Trainer, Rajeev has learnt Training technicalities being associated with Cummins India as Area Training & Quality Manager and has the experience of Setting up & managing the Learning Centre at Eicher Engines, Alwar . Rajeev has been recognized for creating stimulating and interactive learning environments, encouraging participation and individual creativity.
Other than the Technical training of automotive domain, Rajeev has the exposure to conduct Induction Programmes for new joinees primarily focused on Campus to Corporate and activity based Soft Skill training.
With his rich exposure to customer service and monitoring dealership operations, he has the expertise of conducting Dealership Audits of various kinds viz System Audits, Process Audits, Score Card Audits and mystery audits as well
Rajeev has the exposure to Academia also, being Member COE (Centre of Excellence) – Automotive Domain at Tata Institute of Social Science vetting the new inducted automotive courses and conducting trainer assessment of TISS franchise He has been conducting various Automotive Technical Awareness sessions for Engineering Colleges across India.
In addition to this Rajeev improvises the content to suit the experience level and knowledge levels of trainees. He has a Diploma in Automobile Engineering, a Certification ` Faculty for Entrepreneurship Development is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
