Jeeta is a seasoned training professional with over 22 years of experience across industries, specializing in Training and Development. She has successfully trained more than 15,000 associates spanning entry, middle, and senior management levels, and has made a significant impact through her facilitation expertise in communication and behavioral skills.

Her training journey began in 2001 with Nextlink Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, where she served as a consultant for 10 years. Within a year, she was promoted to Head of the English Training Department, where she trained in-house trainers via Train-the-Trainer programs and led numerous corporate sessions. Her ability to break down complex grammatical structures and teach neutral accent communication has been the cornerstone of her training approach.

Jeeta’s early clients included Dell and HSBC, and she has since worked with a wide array of organizations including Accenture, Unisys, IBM, Swissre, Goldman Sachs, JPMC, HP, Indigo, Allegis, CNBC, Schindler, Thomson Reuters, and many more. Notably, she conducted over 20 IBM induction batches covering modules like corporate etiquette, team building, communication skills, time management, and cross-cultural sensitization. She also led a specialized Change Management workshop at Thomson Reuters.
