Dipika has a work experience of more than 5 to 6 years. She has coached few corporate as per their requirement. She has various topics to train the people, youth and corporates. She covers horizontal cross section of the society.

Ltd., Ornet Transformers LLP, JK Paper Ltd., Amara Raja Battery, Junagadh Agricultural University, Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Panam Modular Furniture, Agropac etc.
She Posses Skills like Effective Communication, Active listening, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership skills, Working in Team, Creative and Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
She also designed & developed a complete training module as per the needs of the client and focus on the behavioral change of the participants.

Dipika is a Master’s in Business Administration from Lovely Professional University, Punjab. She is a Master’s in Commerce from Gujarat University. She is also certified as Landmark Graduate, Silva Graduate and as Pranic healer. Currently She is pursuing her Diploma in Transaction Analysis.
She is currently a senior consulting faculty with Mindskillz adding value to the organization with her multiple certifications.
