Rajiv is currently working as Senior Training Consultant with Mindskillz and adding a value to the organisation with his multiple training expertise and different Methodologies.
He has been responsible for overall Learning and Organizational Development Programs, for FIITJEE LTD (New Delhi) across all Centre’s and employees of the organization, which spans to 60 odd centres in India and 2 overseas centres. He is involved in Design, Planning, Assessment, Analysis and Implementation of training systems and processes for complete in-house trainings for various Organisations and also strategizing the training processes in sync with Operations & Quality.
Apart from in-house corporate achievements, he has also a thorough outdoors person, and have been conducting various outdoor team building and leadership workshops, from simple outdoor games, to trekking, etc. These workshops not only focus on a positive frame of mind and a healthy living style, but they have been vital in imparting key corporate management skills.
