Jyoti has more than 18 years of expertise working in e-commerce, desktop computing, retail, and SAAS product and service, among other IT sectors. She managed and tracked staffing needs across India, Malaysia, Mexico, and the US while functioning as PMO and Country Head for a Business Unit at Herbalife India.
Jyoti has planned, designed, and delivered over 15+ training programs in India, the US, Mexico, and Malaysia for employees and clients at all levels. She represented her BU in various all-hands meetings
Jyoti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, a Diploma in Business Management, and is currently pursuing PG Diploma in Training and Development (ISTD) and Masters in Psychology. She developed a skill matrix that played a crucial role in organizing the teams based on employee strengths across multiple geographies. This skill matrix architecture covered 350 staff members with 25+ job roles ranging from junior to mid-management. She collaborated closely with the senior teams in the US and India across multiple functions to build a strong team within the organization.
She designed and developed onboarding programs for new employees, and management initiatives (first-level managers), and conducted 10+ behavioral workshops (junior to mid-management) on communication, presentation, performance management, and how to WOW clients. She was responsible for software team training on Agile, SAFE, and best QA procedures across all locations
Jyoti built a quality assurance team from scratch and headed an automation team that was in charge of putting up the required processes and tools to deliver while she was employed by Collaborative Infotech Systems. She was well connected with both the management and the customers.
When she was in charge of the Flex Builder India QA team for Adobe, she built a solid technical team on the delivery and automation fronts. She also had a significant impact on the creation of India’s first evangelistic team. She was a member of the group that ran a training session at Hyderabad’s Osmania University. Jyoti was awarded a patent for “In-order execution in an asynchronous programming environment” (USPTO 8701096).
During the early stages of her career, she has been involved in the development of interactive eLearning modules and other projects that entailed gathering business requirements and providing tailored solutions. She was also involved in the design and development of websites, which exposed her to automation and the e-commerce industry.
She is associate as Senior Faculty with Mindskillz and has delivered multiple trainings to the Corporates.
She has recently conducted a number of training programs, including Campus to Corporate in engineering colleges and soft-skills to corporates, as a freelance consultant.
She specializes in providing personalized learning solutions that draw on her extensive IT sector experience. Her approach to training is straightforward but effective. She is an expert in both traditional and online learning environments.
