Bina Jacob has more than two and a half decades of total work experience. Bina Jacob has varied and rich  experience from the hospitality industry and learning and development domain. The first nine years were in Sales  & Marketing- hospitality chains in India and abroad.  

The next one and half decade was in the Training & Development domain. She works tirelessly to achieve L&D  learning goals and outcomes for organization’s she engages with. Her primary goal is to improve employee  performance and productivity, upskill and reskilling within the institution.  

She aims to use the fullest of her expertise in training needs identification, designing of training programs and its  implementation, and a highly effective feedback process to achieve this goal. During her years of experience, she  has worked in collaboration with employees from entry to senior management level with good results.

Bina partook in introducing Coaching as a Leadership Style  for the Strategic Business Unit heads at Wipro Corporate. She is currently pursuing master’s in management  sciences at Indian Institute of Business management Studies.
