Bharath Kumar is a multi-tasker with 5+ years of experience in team management in operations, 3+ years of experience as a soft skills trainer. Expertise in executing individual & group trainings in soft skills and leadership, attitude, spiritual, appointment management, writing corporate e-mails & bookkeeping while meeting deadlines.
He is B. E (Mechanical) from Bangalore Institute of Technology and has done PG Certification in International Finance from IIFT, New Delhi.
As a soft skills trainer he had delivered training to various companies which include employees from MSIL, True value HPCL, Escorts, Mahindra logistics, Cargill India, Corvi Electricals, Usha electricals on Soft Skills and Process.
He was responsible for execution and conducting Program Pan India for Agastya International foundation(NGO), as Project Officer. He has also Trained as SSY Trainer (NLP & Leadership Program). He has also trained more than 2000 students on Memory & Leadership.
Some of his Achievements include:
- Worked as a team leader successfully in moonshot wheels team, through which his team promoted an experiential science education to 42000 students across India.
- Organized & Conducted leadership & memory camps to school students, across Karnataka, Maharashtra, & Andhra Pradesh.
- Voluntarily attended personality and time management programs.
- Has done many adventure programs in Himalayas.
- Served our Master Rishi Prabhakar ji in the mission of conscious development & self-development to national development.
- Studied and Certified from Shivananda ashram on understanding human psychology and spiritual aspect through yoga. Studied Upanishads and Bhagavat Geeta from Chinmaya mission.
- As social worker as attended national level movement and state level movement against corruption, also personally organized many blood donation camps.
